Goujons receives the Jury Prize of the Architectuur Prijs Vlaanderen 2026
The Vlaams Architectuurinstituut – Flanders Architecture Institute has awarded its professional jury prize to the renovation of the Goujons building, a distinction granted among twenty remarkable submissions. This selection reflects the dynamism and enthusiasm of the Belgian architectural scene.
By honouring this project, the VAi reaffirms its commitment to placing architecture at the heart of societal challenges. The jury praised an approach that defends the right to dignified housing and highlights social engagement — reminding us that architecture is, above all, a mission in the public interest.
