Through this event, Karbon' introduces the Cygnes project from the perspective of care, an approach that unfolds through a particular attention to the characteristics and specificities of a site, but also in its ability to accommodate uses and meet certain needs. This concept, understood in its broad definition, is expressed through a sensitive perspective on the existing built environment, as well as on how future residents will engage with it.
The question of care is also addressed in its temporal dimension. It highlights the phases preceding the architectural project, recounting how the project was defined and driven by the client, and explores what comes after, discussing long-term maintenance and management strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability of the spaces and supporting the necessary changes in the human and functional dynamics of the place.
